Fit Kidz

We have several Fit Camps sessions throughout the week to make it convenient for you!  These 45 minute sessions are designed to challenge every aspect of your body & mind.  We focus on working the whole body with strength training, cardio conditioning and nutrition guidance to maximize your results!  We also offer virtual sessions.  This allows clients to be able to work out remotely while feeling like you are part of the class.  Our Fit Camp memberships start at 2 day up to unlimited.  Try us out for FREE for 7 days by clicking on the button above!

We offer personal training sessions throughout the day.  Training sessions can be  30, 45 & 60 minutes and you can choose how many times a week you want to attend.  We also offer group personal training up to 3 people.  One of our certified trainers will create a personalized plan that will incorporate your personal goals so you can reach them!  They will also include a personalized nutrition plan created just for you that will allow you  to maximize your results. 

When your muscles need some extra TLC, we’ve got you covered with our deep stretching sessions and recovery massage gun sessions.  Both taylored to you!

Changing the tides of youth activity is our goal for our Fit Kidz Camps.  Our Fit Kidz Camp are for children between the ages of 7-13.  The focus is learning how to move for life with fun exercises & games.  Our Spiderfit Certified trainers make play with purpose using physical literacy that teaches different body motions.  We offer classes 3 times per week and special camps times over holidays & the summer.  This is a fun way for kids to stay healthy & active without even knowing because they are having so much fun!
