From our humble beginnings we’ve grown into a dynamic Human Transformation center that offers a comprehensive range of programs, classes and personalized training services designed to cater to YOUR needs. My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with; helping them become the healthiest happiest version of themselves. I enjoy helping people with mindset, motivation and also performance.

Gretchen Biedrzycki

General Manager

Meet Gretchen

Gretchen joined the team back in June 2019 as our Director of 1st Impressions. In late 2020, she became our General Manager. Gretchen helps with social media, marketing, customer service, payroll, website design, & just keeping us organized!
When not at the gym, Gretchen likes to spend time with her husband & 3 kids going camping & traveling!

Hightower

Meet Joclyn

Jocelyn Hightower, born and raised from Charlotte NC is a proud graduate of West Charlotte Senior High School and Johnson C. Smith University. Jocelyn has been personal training for over 10 years focusing on the wellbeing of the client along with making them feel comfortable with learning new movements and technique when working out. Training is not only helping people change physically but overall health. Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on her free time. One secret about Jocelyn is she is a dance mom (competition weekends only)! Credentials: B.S. Health Education, ISSA Fitness Nutrition Certified, ISSA Youth and Teen Fitness Trainer ETS Able Bodies Certification Currently working on Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through ISSA

Martinique Hart

Meet Martin

Martinique, also known as MJ, earned his Exercise Science degree from UNCC in 2023. He joined the team in June 2020. His reason for his path is simple. His motto is “Struggle to Strengthen”-which motivates him to not only push himself to work harder, but to help others figure out their maximum potential and to strive to exceed that through hard work and dedication.
Credentials: Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Specialist in Sports Nutrition, ISSA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, NSCA (in progress)

Ja'nea Davis

Meet Ja'nea

Ja'nea, also known as JD, is a Charlotte native who discovered her passion for training after making the difficult decision to give up her basketball career. Graduating from UNCG with a degree in Business Administration, JD has combined her business acumen with her love for fitness and is now a certified personal trainer through NASM. With a motto of 'Point To Prove,' JD lives by the belief that everyone has a purpose and a 'why' in life, and it's just a matter of discovering it. This philosophy serves as her driving force, motivating her to help others define their purpose and achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's guiding clients towards a healthier lifestyle, helping them reach their physical potential, or assisting them in finding their own 'why,' JD is dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives.

Gayle Lyons

Meet Gayle

Gayle goes by Spicy G at the gym because she likes to encourage people to kick it up a notch! Originally from Detroit MI, Gayle has been a fitness specialist for over 25 years & recently got her Nutrition certification. She is currently working on her Silver Sneakers certification. Her coaching style is both motivating and fun. Gayle’s goal is to help clients become the best version of themselves. It gives her great joy to encourage clients to give it all they can give then… just one more.​
